1. Barang yang dijual, tidak boleh dikembalikan, tidak boleh ditukar (kecuali kerosakan atau kesilapan drp kami).
**Goods sold are NOT REFUNDABLE , EXCHANGABLE. Once item is confirmed and payment is made, no cancellation/refund is allowed
2. DEPOSIT of 50% from the TOTAL AMOUNT or RM50 are required for the PRE-ORDER ITEMS and balance is required once items has ARRIVED and before we ship out the order.
3. Deposit tidak akan dikembalikan sekiranya pembeli membatalkan pesanan. All booking are ACCEPTED within 3 days only untuk READY STOCK ITEM.
* Shipping of item will be sent after payment received ( READY STOCK ITEM ) or after items has been arrived ( PRE-ORDER ITEM ).
* Processing of payment will take about 1-3 days (depend on method of payment).
* Kami tidak bertanggungjawab di atas sebarang kerosakan atau kehilangan semasa tempoh penghantaran.
